This Keepsake Box is beautiful! The craftsmanship is perfect! A proof was sent to us to approve before our box was made. Our order was processed quickly and arrived sooner than expected! Norby, is absolutely amazing to work with! He is kind, caring, detail oriented, and willing to do whatever it takes to fulfill our custom order. We could write much more about our outstanding experience working with him but there is not enough space here! He went out of his way to help us! We had limited time and really wanted to give this box as a special gift! We will be ordering again from Norby! NOTE: We had ordered a box from another seller (who go by initials in their name and who have over 20,000 orders) they advertise custom orders. They were difficult to work with and did not want to follow thru with making our custom order!
