Our heirloom quality boxes are perfect for storing your cherished memories and small treasures.
You will find no veneers, MDF, or particle board in any of our boxes. We use Baltic birch plywood for the bottom panel. The sides of the box are cut from a single board and sequenced, so the grain matches at the mitered corners. The mitered corners are reinforced with an internal spline for exceptional strength. The inside bottom of the box is lined with a durable faux leather material. Stop hinges will hold the lid open at an angle of 95 degrees. All edges are rounded over and sanded smooth. The underside of the box is signed and dated. Finish care instructions are also printed on the bottom of the box. We use a three-step polishing and finishing process that culminates with a polished application of pure carnauba wax that is easily maintained. The result is a great looking finish that has a nice feel to it.
