Our heirloom quality boxes are perfect for storing your cherished memories and small treasures. The center panel on the top is maple, so laser engraving will show up nicely. The front and back edges of the top and the four sides are walnut.
You will find no veneers, MDF, or particle board in any of our boxes. We use Baltic birch plywood for the bottom panel. The sides of the box are cut from a single board and sequenced, so the grain matches at the mitered corners. The mitered corners are reinforced with an internal spline for exceptional strength. The inside bottom of the box is lined with a durable faux leather material. Stop hinges will hold the lid open at an angle of 95 degrees. All edges are rounded over and sanded smooth. The underside of the box is signed and dated. Finish care instructions are also printed on the bottom of the box. We use a three-step polishing and finishing process that culminates with a polished application of pure carnauba wax that is easily maintained. The result is a great looking finish that has a nice feel to it.



Personalization: We have many standard designs shown in the listing photos. We can easily modify as needed to get you what you are envisioning. We can add or delete dates, add special quotes, move graphics around, change fonts; just let us know what you want, and we will do our best to get it done. If you have an idea, but nothing in our designs match, let us know, as we will try to come up with what you are envisioning. Just be very specific with what you want and double-check your spelling. For modifications, we can send a proof before engraving. If a proof is needed, please be sure to check your email frequently, and provide us with a number where we can send a text message to let you know the proof is in your inbox awaiting your approval. We strive for a quick turn-around on modifications and try to ship as quickly as possible. Please enter what you would like engraved in the notes or a message to us. Your font choice needs to be noted as well.

Outside Dimensions: approximately 8 x 5 x 3.5 inches. The sides of the box are 5/8” inches thick.

Shipping is insured. Free domestic shipping does not include Alaska or Hawaii, but the additional cost is normally not all that much. I can let you know once I have your address. Please message me for a price.
Returns are accepted. The item must be returned in the original packaging and undamaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. A full refund (less original shipping and insurance costs) will be issued. If the reason for returning is due to something on our end, then of course, we will make it right with you. Custom & personalized items are not returnable unless we are at fault.
